Bowden Appraisal
Group has six appraisers on staff, some with more than twenty
years experience. Our office is centrally located in The
Woodlands, just north of Houston's Central Business District.
Each appraiser has extensive experience and knowledge in specific
market areas. We strive to be a full service residential
appraisal firm offering service in many surrounding counties and
include rural properties, condominiums, multi-family dwellings
and manufactured homes.
Our office
focuses on an open line of communication with the client regarding
appraisal issues including value, comps and property condition.
