Estate Appraisal

This type of appraisal is for those who may inherit or sell and divide the value of a property when a loved one dies. In most cases, a probate case requires an appraisal in order to determine the cash value of the property. This is different from a typical Market Value appraisal because we must determine value from the date of death, as opposed to the date of inspection. This is called a "retrospective appraisal report."
